How do I buy multiple items on the marketplace?
You add items to your basket and then pay for them all at the time of checkout. You can buy items from one or several sellers at the same time.
How do I purchase an item?
Add the item you want to purchase to your basket and when you want to pay for it go to your basket and click on the checkout button. This will take your through the purchase process.
What do I do if I think an item is stolen
You are the extra set of eyes that help us to create a legitimate marketplace and can report any item on the marketplace. You can also email us at proveit[@]www.goinggoingbike.com if you are suspicious.

What is PayPal?
PayPal is a secure online payment system that allows you to pay for items safely and securely without having to share any financial information. PayPal remembers your bank details, and keeps them locked up safe, so you don’t have to.
How does PayPal work on Going Going Bike?
We use PayPal to process all our marketplace transactions. At check out, you will be redirected to PayPal to purchase your items. You can set up a PayPal account as part of the checkout process or simply use your credit or debit card without registering. When you buy an item it creates a PayPal transaction between you and the seller for the amount of the item plus shipping. When you enter your payment details the money will be transferred to the seller's PayPal account (if you have paid by e-cheque it may take 5-7 days for the payment to clear).
I can’t complete my purchase on PayPal, what should I do?
Log in directly to the PayPal site to check your account, if there is still a problem, get in touch directly with PayPal to find out why the payment has failed.
How long will it take for my PayPal payment to clear?
PayPal payments usually clear immediately.
What protection do I have as a buyer when I pay by PayPal?

How do I return an item?
Each seller will have their own conditions for returning items which should be stated under the “Shipping & Returns” tab on the product listing page. You can also contact a seller directly on the site to find out how you can return an item to them.
Under what conditions can I return an item?
All our webstores will refund an item within 7 days of your receipt of it…no questions asked.
In addition, if you paid through PayPal, you can obtain a refund within 45 days of receipt if it does not match its description.
What should I do if a seller refuses to accept a refund or exchange?
If a seller will not accept a refund or exchange that you feel you are entitled to, you should raise a dispute with PayPal. You should also let us know so that we can assist you in the process.
Can the item I want to buy be shipped anywhere in the world?
Whether an item will be shipped to where you want it is up to the seller. If they don’t state this in the “Shipping & Returns” tab of the item listing page they will ship it to your location then you can send them a message and ask.
How long will it take to deliver my item?
This depends on the delivery method that has been offered by the seller or the delivery method that you have chosen. Usually international deliveries will take up to a week and deliveries within your country between two and three days.
What shipping methods can I choose?
You can choose whichever shipping methods the seller offers. These are listed on the product page under the “Shipping & Returns” tab to avoid confusion.
My item hasn’t been delivered, what should I do?
If your item has not been delivered you should contact the seller to find out why. As a last resort you should raise a dispute with PayPal if your item does not arrive. Going Going Bike does not have control over the delivery of items but we would like to know if you have any problems and we will try to help you.
