The seventh episode of ‘How To’ guides from the guys at Road Cycling UK and the Mpora.com bike network features tips on how to prevent seizure of bike parts such as seatpost and pedals 

Winter weather exposes the bike to more than its fair share of road grime. Much of it is hidden, but a regular routine of removing and re-greasing items like seatposts and pedals can prevent parts from becoming stuck. Jon Hayes, of independent bike shop, Ride, is on hand to give us tips on how to avoid the costly dilemma of components that cannot be removed.
