Cycle Training

In cycling the phrase “you get out what you put in” could not be more true. Very few people have the natural strength and fitness to get on a bike and ride long distances or ride fast for several hours. For the rest of us training is the only option.
To help you provide structure to your training we asked Physical Training Instructor Craig Bothwell, from Soho Gyms, to provide a series of cycle training articles.
They offer a range of gym based activities that you can do to build strength and endurance that will help you get the most out of your bike.
In addition articles from the Endurance Coach provide detailed thoughts on how to optimise your training and in-race performance.
