Bikeworks CIC is a social enterprise based in East London that uses bikes to tackle environmental, social & economic challenges in London. Creation of employment and training opportunities for marginalised individuals is integrated into the heart of the enterprise.

Specific activities include recycling & refurbishing second hand bikes, providing dedicated cycle training to get more people cycling safely on the road and creating training and employment opportunities for disadvantaged communities in a booming cycling industry.

All bikes donated to Bikeworks and have been refurbished by a certified, professional bicycle mechanic.  All bikes are carefully inspected and go through a rigorous quality control process.  Brake and Gear cables are replaced on every bicycle.  All other parts are inspected and replaced if necessary.  Bikeworks offers a 30 day parts and labour warranty on all of our refurbished bicycles.  Please note this does not cover the following: Punctures, Upkeep and Abuse.
