Freecross is a brand new form of cross-training that can be undertaken outdoors, offering all the benefits of cross-trainer's full body work-out in any outdoor situation.

Freecross can be used on or off-road and lets you combine the full-body, eliptical workout of a traditional cross-trainer with fresh air and the freedom to train wherever its wheels can take you.

Freecrossing strengthens arms, shoulders, chest, abdominals, backs and legs. A "full body ride" that also helps improve your coordination and balance as you navigate your favourite outdoor terrain.

The three-wheel construction ensures the Freecross is stable and easy to operate from the off. Steering is achieved by a lean of the body and the unit is fully equiped with brakes, allowing a safe stop.

Frame

Robust, lightweight aluminum frame. Aerodynamic cladding (front). Collapsible for easy transport.

Components

Shimano Nexus Inter 8 hub gear with integrated Shimano roller brake (rear). Hydraulic disc brakes (front). Bell integrated into brake lever.  

Steering

Combination anti-sway and steering dampers (Patent Pending). Arm levers for both steering and drive with 8-gear grip shift. Adjustable arm levers for ideal grip height.  

Tires/Drive

Big Apple balloon tires from Schwalbe. Designer splash guards Foot pedals/platforms with no-slip surface. Special crank length (140 cm) for optimal ergonomics.
