Unicycle

As purveyors and evangelists of the two wheel cycle variety, here at Going Going Bike, we like to show our solidarity with our one wheel friends in the Unicycle fraternity.

We are therefore feel for New York citizen Kyle Peterson who has twice been cited by the NYPD for using his unicycle on the pavement.

Both ticket summons have been dismissed as the NYPD wrongly took Mr Peterson to task. New York’s administrative code prohibits bicycle riding on the pavement but defines a bicycle as a “two- or three-wheeled device” propelled by human power.

Mr Peterson is now suing the NYPD for $3m in damages for violation of his constitutional rights.
